    Great overall service! Michaela was our waitress and she was outstanding. By far the best attention and friendly demeanor Ive had in a long long time at any restaurant; I was even surprised the manager stopped by our table to check on us, kudos for that!

    You cant go wrong with the food, yummy homie taste. Got the parmesan chicken pot pie, wow!! Great stop along the road for some delicious fixings.

    Good food and service,  here for Friday lunch stopping on the way to North Carolina. Never been here before and never been followed through the retail section like a shoplifter.

    Bought a large sack 'o candy and two dresses for the granddaughters. Does this sound like the m.o. of a shoplifter?

    I had a heavy set female employee walk around behind me, come up to almost peer into my purse at the checkout, position herself between me and the door. My husband had already paid for the meal and was headed out to check on the dog in the
    Car.

    Focus more on customer service,  not negative profiling because I have a tattoo and am a person of color.

    I was going to buy two pairs of the little light-up camo boots, but will buy them on Ebay instead.

    Food was cold, pancakes weren't even cooked through...still doughy. Order was wrong. Came in on a Sunday early afternoon & had to ask for a breakfast menu. Extremely disappointing & a huge waste of time.

    When we travel we always start the day at the closest Cracker Barrel. Today, sad to say, the bacon was under cooked, hash browns weren't done in the middle, my over easy eggs were scrambled, we got one cup of coffee, the biscuits came after were done eating. She forgot to bring a to go tea. Not the service we are used to at Cracker Barrel

    By far one of my favorite Cracker Barrel's I been to. Really felt like it was home cooked food. Not to mention the great attitude towards the customer. Michaela was an amazing waitress, really makes you feel like home. Delicious food and amazing customer service.
